OrbitalTab currently makes two games: Echo Cartographer and Clockwork Conservatory. For bug reports, feedback or press inquiries about either of them, email support@orbitaltab.dev.
When reporting a bug, it helps to include which game you're playing, your device model and OS version, and what you were doing when things went wrong. Screenshots are always welcome.
Account deletion — Clockwork Conservatory
To delete your Clockwork Conservatory account, email support@orbitaltab.dev with the subject line "Account deletion" and include either:
- the user ID from your in-game profile, or
- the email address you used to sign up for the game
That's all we need — one or the other, nothing else. Please don't send passwords or any other personal information. We'll confirm once your account and its associated data have been deleted.
